Consultations

Once you choose us we will begin by learning as much about you as possible. First thing would be to schedule a phone consultation at a time that works for you best. We also provide in person consultations near our area of business only. We do not travel to your location for personal consults.

We love to meet my clients beforehand so we may develop a great rapport before your special day. As soon as we

have a date scheduled for your wedding day photography we can begin planning any pre- planned engagement and or bridal session. It's such an exciting time in your life and we want to make sure that we able to learn about your photography needs and desires so that we can deliver the best memories for you to cherish for a lifetime.

Engagements

Being engaged is a very exciting experience and having an engagement session is the perfect way to celebrate this part of your life. Having an engagement session is the perfect type of practice before the wedding day. As a photographer I want the process to be as seamless as it can be.

Therefore, having this time for me to work with you and having you practice posing together is essential. It will also give me an idea of what your tastes are as well. During an engagement session you will learn how to trust me. Our relationship with our clients is built on trust. Our clients will learn to see that we understand them and that this understanding will allow for us to make them look fantastic in their photographs.

This is exactly how the business of taking great photos works!

An engagement session is nothing but fun! Having engagement photos taken is a perfect way to enjoy each other and get away from the stress of planning a wedding. What is even better is that the photos from this session can be used for save the date cards, guests books, and any other pre-wedding items that you may need or want, which Dandelion Weddings + Co. also offers graphic design services, press products and custom cards for an additional fee.

Bridal Sessions

Many people do not understand what a bridal session is. This is a photo session that involves only the bride and takes place before the actual wedding day, or day of. A bridal session is not something that is required it is completely up to you. In the past, brides to be have shared with me that they were happy to have had this experience with a bridal session. They were able to get some practice walking around in the wedding dress and go through the process of getting ready.

Some of these clients have discovered that an adjustment here or there is needed. It may be that the dress needs to be adjusted or even hair, make up or flowers need something changed. This is a very laid back photo session. Of course there is time to take photos by yourself when you are in your dress on your wedding day but it is not as relaxed and as leisure as these sessions. If you are interested in a bridal session before your wedding day it is recommended that it be scheduled as soon as possible. The more advance notice I have the better it is. This is a photo session should be scheduled at least six weeks prior to the actual wedding day. If you would like to display a few of these pictures on the day of the wedding, we will need enough processing time to get these in and delivered.

Jason and I have been photographing weddings for 18 years! Since then, we have photographed weddings from all over! Expected Turn-Around Times + Turnouts

Weddings are returned about 14 editing days = 60 hours per event. Engagements and Bridals in 48 hours. Peak season may take two to three weeks. You can expect 15-25 photos for engagements and 55-65 per hour of wedding event per two photographers, 35-50 images per one photographer. This also depends on the outcome of your event, such as rain, wind, lateness or anything else that would effect your wedding day or compromise photography. Although we strive for perfection, Dandelion Weddings + Co. does not guarantee each image taken at your event to be delivered.

However beautiful your session or event was, there are always those shots that are less than perfect due to blinking, movement, blur, lighting, weather conditions, venue limitations or other situations out of our control. It is our process to only show what is of highest quality and we take more photos to ensure that we can provide you with a large amount of these. It is not our process to show any images other than those that were chosen as finest quality. This is our strict process. Those chosen are done with care and consideration. Doing business with high standards is our mission. We are sure you can appreciate the great care taken to showcase your special day in this manner.

Wedding + Events Editing Schedule

Our business hours and events reflect upon editing schedules. Typical editing schedules for weddings are up to 20 business days from your event. We are typically closed on Saturday and Sunday for events. Editing typically takes place Wed-Fri. Nearly 60 hours of editing goes into every event. We strive for quickness, but most importantly we strive for "the best" of the BEST images from your event to be single handedly chosen and professionally edited for your online gallery, and memories for years to come.

Vendor Placement

We have an amazing team VENDORS that we are always just absolutely thrilled to work with. We will give you their contact info at consultation, and you will not be disappointed! Most of our vendors will also give you a 10% discount for their services if you are a client of DWCO! A signed contract with DWCO is required.

Prints + Wedding Albums + Cards + Decor

Remember those pictures you took at your last event? Vacation? The ones that are still on your smart phone? Payment Plans

We offer payment plans with every collection. 40% Non- Refundable Retainer is required with Contract. Minimum payments are $150 per month thereafter, or an amount both parties are agreeable to. All merchant and financing fees will be added to each payment. Terms and conditions apply. See contract for details. Payment plans are subject to finance, merchant fee charges.

Retainers start at 30% and can be up to 50% depending on details of your event. Some events require a higher retainer when travel and accommodations are needed to provide photography services.
